Privacy

The ERG Room does not have user accounts, comments or newsletters, and it does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

When you download an ERG file, the FTP you type in is used in your browser to calculate watts. It is not sent to us.

Our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser and requested pages to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may look at anonymous, aggregated visit statistics to see which workouts are popular.
